Partner with the bestAs a Sales Manager you will take ownership for the sales orders for new and existing customers around West Germany, Netherlands and Luxembourg. Using your knowledge of the market and customers, you will build trusted relationship. Acting as an ambassador for the customer, you will contribute innovative insights that drive new and existing sales opportunities.
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
Building and executing territory orders & sales plan geared towards driving market growth and penetration of our accounts
Liaising with key clients and collaborating with stakeholders on complex sales processes to ensure successful delivery
Developing technical and market expertise on products and applications, using this knowledge to provide pre- and post-sales support for key accounts
Demonstrating technical equipment, providing customers and dealers with technical pre-sales support and preparing & conducting sales presentations, addressing all relevant areas up to client's board level
Forecasting Order and Sales via input in our CRM system on a weekly Basis

To be successful in this role you will:
Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to identify and solve problems, structured in your approach
- Have the ability to be a technical consultant to our customers and build successful and strategic relationships
Demonstrate excellent communication skills to articulate highly technical information in a clear and easy to understand manner
Be a strong team player and show the ability to adapt in an ever changing, dynamic environment, having stamina and staying positive
You do have already experience in Commercial Sales with focus on negotiating and closing large and complex contractual agreements
- You do live within the industrial part of the dedicated territory
- Be spending 80% of your time travelling to and meeting with clients
- Be able to speak fluent English and German
- Preferably you have professional experience in NDT
