Junior Personal Shopping Operations Coordinator (f/m/d)
To support our Personal Shopping team we are searching for a Junior Personal Shopping Operations Coordinator (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- You will be responsible in supporting stock management and client enquiries for the Personal Shopping team
- You’ll be following up on PS requests in warehouse stock, investigate return issues, report damaged/defective items on behalf of the PS team
- Identify problems in operations process and resolve them in quickly and timely manner
- Follow standard operating procedures for efficient business operations
- Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes
WHO YOU ARE
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (German is a plus)
- Work experience in operations, preferred in the field of luxury fashion, ideally in e-commerce
- Experience in using ERP program. Competent in MS (Excel, PPT) and Outlook
- You have strong computer literacy and an understanding of the digital world
- A true creative thinker who can bring best practice and new ideas to the role
- Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, respond to work with urgency and understand deadlines with a solutions focused approach
- You are confident and articulate when communicating with all relevant departments
