Your mission

  • Develop, implement and drive a comprehensive customer success strategy
  • Structure and analyze customer’s feedback to identify areas of improvement
  • Scale our CS activities by implementing the right tools and processes
  • Initiate cross functional projects to improve customer experience and retention
  • Developing KPI reports with the BI team and keep an eye on the entire process
  • Working closely with the management and founder team
Your profile

  • Degree from a top university
  • Several years of work experience (top tier statup)
  • Relentless approach to solving problems
  • Comfortable learning quickly and iterating
  • Ability to work well individually or in a team
  • Fluent German speaker
