Are you a Service Design and Transition expert looking for your next opportunity? We are currently recruiting across a wide variety of roles for new and existing programmes with our clients in the Aerospace, Defence and Security sectors.
This position can be based from either Gloucestershire, London or Yorkshire. However the role is predominantly remote based with some client site attendance required.

What you will be doing:- Engaging at the early stages of a technical or service solution to ensure the design will either integrate with the existing service model and skillsets or highlight the need for new skills and updates to the service model e.g. KPIs within Impact Assessment responses.
- Working with relevant service representatives (customer, in-house and third parties) to capture service acceptance criteria to meet the project gate for transition to BAU operations.
- Assessing the efficiency of BAU Service and to propose improvements.
- Providing guidance and oversight for Service Designers
What you’ll bring:
- ITIL V4 foundation certified
- Development and understanding of effective KPIs, SLAs and OLAs
- Understand how systems and services should be monitored and managed with demonstrable delivery
- Understand SIAM (Service Integration and Management) functions and service delivery models.
- Understand client success criteria and how to deliver in accordance with these requirements.
- RAID log management.
